Return policy
1. No Return
At Body Paradize, we place great importance on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. However, in accordance with our policy, returns are not possible once the order has been shipped.
2. Order Shipped
Once your order has been shipped and you have received the tracking number, it is considered final. Consequently, no refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
3. Exceptions
Only orders with a clear product defect or an error on our part will be eligible for an exchange. In this case, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at the following address: bodyparadize@gmail.com. We will evaluate your request and guide you on the procedure to follow, if applicable.
4. Damaged or Lost Products
Body Paradize is not responsible for any loss or damage to packages during transport. We recommend carefully checking the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of any problem, please contact the carrier (Colissimo) for a claim.
